All Wrightland Homesites are prepared and ready for immediate construction start-up. Phase One includes the timeframe required for implementation of footings to completion of your home's roof, siding, and windows.

Phase Two includes electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations, as well as completion of your home's building envelop to the drywall stage. All interior finish selections are to be finalized prior to completion of Phase Two.

Phase Four of the construction process addresses the final touches for your new home. During this last stage of production, a comprehensive landscaping program is also completed, unless having to be deferred subsequent to closing, as a result of seasonal dependency.
