New model home on the horizon

We are excited to announce commencement of the construction of a brand new model home at Sunset Landing – our refined masterplan neighbourhood development in St. Philip’s, NL. Based on our beautiful Design #14, the build will be custom constructed for its prime corner lot location, close to the entrance to the neighbourhood. As with all our homes, the oversized, serviced home site will be professionally landscaped and the home will be built to the highest standards – no compromise. This exciting advancement also means that our current model home – Design #1 – will soon be available for purchase! Come and see it while you can - located at 11 Sunset Way, off Thorburn Road, St. Philip’s.

Wrightland’s Paul Fowler inducted into the Order of the Wallace McCain Institute

We are very proud to announce that Wrightland’s Founder and Co-Owner, Paul Fowler, has been inducted into the Order of the Wallace McCain Institute. Paul was selected as one of just sixteen high-growth potential entrepreneurs from over four hundred Atlantic Canadian nominations put forward last year and has graduated from the Institute’s one-year flagship Entrepreneurial Leaders Program (ELP8), University of New Brunswick. The Wallace McCain Institute was founded “to build and nurture the most interconnected community of entrepreneurial business leaders in North America for the betterment of themselves, their companies and their region.” The Order of the Wallace McCain Institute is the only network of diverse and high-growth potential entrepreneurial leaders, fostering connections between these entrepreneurs throughout Atlantic Canada, helping them to grow personally, professionally, and regionally in a challenging economic climate. Paul (centre) is pictured with Nancy Mathis, Executive Director of the Wallace McCain Institute, and Paul Johnson, the Institute’s Executive in Residence.
